We ship everywhere in India and to most countries worldwide. Every parcel leaves our Thanjavur workshop carefully wrapped, with extra care for fragile items such as 3D wall arts, crystal lamps and bottled attars.

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on Friday after 2 PM or on the weekend ship on the following Monday. You will receive a tracking email/SMS as soon as the parcel is handed to our courier.

• Free shipping on all India orders over ₹ 1,500.00.
• Below ₹ 1,500.00: a flat fee from ₹ 60.00 based on weight and distance, shown at checkout.
• International rates are calculated live at checkout based on weight and destination.
• Any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility.

India: India Post, Delhivery, DTDC, BlueDart and Xpressbees. International: India Post Speed Post, Aramex and DHL Express for heavier orders.

Once dispatched you can track your parcel from the link in your tracking email or by logging into your account. If the tracking has not moved for 3+ business days, please contact us at contact@IslamiteStore.com and we will investigate immediately.

If a parcel is returned to us because no one was available or the address was incorrect, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping fee applies) or refund (minus the original shipping cost).

Holy Qur’ans are wrapped in protective cloth and a sturdy carton with corner pads. Crystal lamps and framed wall arts ship in double-walled boxes with foam inserts. If you receive any item damaged in transit, please email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a free replacement.
