Orders & Payment
We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex), net-banking from all major Indian banks, popular wallets, and Cash-on-Delivery in eligible pin-codes for orders below ₹ 5,000.00.
Yes. All payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant gateways over HTTPS. We never see or store your full card details.
You can cancel free of charge any time before the order is dispatched. Just open your order in your account or email us. Once dispatched, our standard return policy applies.
Yes. A GST invoice is included in every parcel and is also available in your account under the order details.
Shipping & Delivery
Yes — we ship to most countries worldwide. Live rates and timelines are shown at checkout. See our Shipping & Delivery page for details.
All orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking email/SMS as soon as it leaves our workshop.
2–4 business days for metro cities, 3–6 days for most other cities, and 5–8 days for remote pin-codes and the North-East.
Couriers sometimes update tracking in batches. If there is no movement for 3+ business days, please email us with your order number and we will investigate immediately.
Returns & Refunds
Unused items in original sealed packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Some sacred and personal items (opened Qur’ans, used prayer mats, opened attars) are non-returnable — please see our Returns page.
Open your order in your account or email contact@IslamiteStore.com with your order number and reason.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Products & Authenticity
Absolutely. We source our Mushafs directly from reputed publishers including Madinah Mushaf, Maqdis, Dar-us-Salam and respected Indian publishers. Every copy is verified before dispatch.
Yes, all our translation editions follow the mainstream Sunni Ahl-us-Sunnah understanding (Saheeh International, Mohsin Khan, Abdullah Yusuf Ali, Mufti Taqi Usmani, and similar).
Our prayer mats are sourced from trusted manufacturers in Turkey and India. Material, thickness and dimensions are listed on each product page.
Yes — our framed 3D wall arts ship with mounting hardware and clear instructions.
Yes, all our attars and ittars are 100% alcohol-free, suitable for use during salah.

No, you can check out as a guest. Creating an account just lets you track orders, save addresses, manage your wishlist and re-order faster.
