Your satisfaction matters to us. If something is not right, we are here to help. Please read the policy below carefully — certain Islamic items are non-returnable out of respect for their sacred nature.

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, in their original sealed packaging and with all tags/inserts intact. After 7 days we can no longer accept returns.

• Holy Qur’ans and Qur’an pens once the seal is broken.
• Prayer mats that have been opened and used.
• Attar / ittar bottles and other personal-fragrance items once opened.
• Customised, engraved or made-to-order pieces.
• Clearance / final-sale items (marked as such on the product page).
• Digital downloads and gift cards.

If your parcel arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please email contact@IslamiteStore.com with your order number and clear photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free pickup and ship a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

1. Log into your account and open the order, or email us at contact@IslamiteStore.com with your order number.
2. Tell us which item(s) you would like to return and why.
3. Once approved, we will share the return address (or arrange a pickup in eligible pin-codes).
4. Pack the item in its original packaging with all inserts and tags.
5. Ship it back and share the tracking number with us.

We are happy to exchange an eligible item for a different size or colour, subject to stock. Approval and shipment follow the same flow as a return. Difference in price (if any) will be charged or refunded accordingly.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• Cash-on-Delivery orders are refunded via UPI / bank transfer once you share account details.

You can cancel an order free of charge any time before it is dispatched. Once dispatched, the standard return policy applies.
